November 16, 1973. No idea where the fire was. Found a reference to this fire in 11-22-1973 Smithtown News. Article states that an elderly gentleman was trapped in a house fire while firemen were responding to a brush fire near Accompsett school complex. Statement came from Chief Carmine Sacco but there is no indication as to where this fire was.
