December 3, 1991. 0002 hours. 66 Kohr Road. Kings Park and Commack operate. Fred Kleppsattel was Chief of Department and the OIC. Fire reported by a resident on Fireplace Drive. This was a fire that started in the basement by a portable heater being too close to combustibles within a two family dwelling. There were no injuries. Smithtown Fire Marshals and Suffolk Arson investigate.
