December 27, 1992. 2354 hours. This was the 2nd of two fires at this location. This was one of the fires related to the firefighter arson spree. Much of the building was destroyed. This was a vacant two story building on the north side of the street, across from Cafe Havana. The first fire was on 1/16/1992 at 0353 hours.
