August 20, 2013 @ 0701 hours. The Hauppauge Fire Department responds with CI-Hauppauge Ambulance to a collision in front of the Sheraton Hotel at 110 Motor Parkway. Units arrive to find a crash involving two vehicles, one of which had overturned on the lawn of the hotel. Units 3-8-11,3-8-9,3-8-14 on scene under the command of Chief of Department Kenneth Furuno. Crew from 3-8-11 utilized their hurst tool to open drivers door of the mustang. The two drivers were moderately injured and aided by EMS personnel. Photos and info via Greg Gottlieb.
