August 30, 2013 @ 0516 hours. The Hauppauge Fire Department is dispatched to an address on Marcus Blvd in regard to a garbage truck fire. Units arrive to find that the contents of a container were found to be on fire. The trash was dumped onto the driveway and extinguished by firefighters. Photos and information by Greg Gottlieb.
