October 23, 2021 Setauket Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Nicolls Road north of Rt 347 around midnight. The driver lost control of the vehicle winding up off the road into the woods on its side. The driver was able to self-extricate and was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment.
