May 18th, 2023, 1939 hours. The Farmingville Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire on Rosemont Avenue. Chief Dominic Russo arrived on scene, encountering a garage fire and transmitted the working fire. The fire was quickly extinguished. The Ronkonkoma and Holtsville Fire Departments sent units to the scene. There were no reported injuries. Brookhaven Town Fire Marshal’s are investigating. Chase Millwater photo.
