March 18, 1995 Fire reported at approximately 0500 hours. OIC was 1st Assistant Chief Wayne Reichert. 2 story wood frame house. 2nd floor heavily involved on FD arrival. The house was right next to the Riverside Lobster and Fish Corp (222 Riviera Drive). Smithtown Highway Department pulled house apart to allow FD to extinguish the fire. The house had just been renovated by the nw owners, but they had yet to move in.
