Centereach FD-Commercial building fire on Hammond Road

April 11, 2018 1410 hours. Centereach FD is dispatched to a report of a structure fire at Prime Storage on Hammond Road. Units arrive to find an active fire in the office area of a single story facility. Crews from Centereach, Selden, Ronkonkoma and Farmingville made quick work of the fire. There were no injuries and the Town of Brookhaven Fire Marshals are handling the investigation. Chris Sabella photo
