March 30, 1991 281 Kohr Road. Robert Carroll is Chief of Dept is the OIC. Keenan is the property owner and occupant. Fire is reported to 911 by the occupant at 2320 hours. FD Run#106. This was a fire in the attic of a 2X frame dwelling. Fire was a result of a malfunctioning HVAC unit. Smithtown Fire Marshals handle the investigation.
