Nissequogue FD-Man critically injured after falling off stone wall

May 23, 2022 1237 hours.  Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are investigating after a man fell off a stone retaining wall and was critically injured in Nissequogue this afternoon.  Rosin Santos was painting a home, located at 24 Spring Hollow Road, when he slipped off a stone retaining wall and fell 20 feet to the ground at 12:37 p.m. Santos, 54, of Commack, was transported via Nissequogue Fire Department Ambulance  to Stony Brook University Hospital where he is in critical condition.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was notified and is investigating. The incident is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact Fourth Squad detectives at 631-854-8452
