June 25, 2004 SLA at 2330 hours with SCPD. SFM Brofman handles the SLA. This came after a massive bar fight with injuries. One bartender was arrested by police. Brofman finds 12 violations including a non-functioning fire alarm system and no public assembly permit. As a result, the establishment is shut down. Smithtown News 7-1-2004.
