July 14, 1930 Five year old Howard Mallory of Bush Street in Brooklyn drowned in Lake Ronkonkoma today after falling off a dock unnoticed. At approximately 5PM, another child playing on the dock looked over the side and noticed the victims body in approximately 5 feet of water. The victim was removed and pronounced dead at the scene.
