Sag Harbor FD-Two die in house fire on Spring Lane

August 3, 2022 0335 hours. The Sag Harbor Fire Department responds to 3 Spring Lane in Noyac for a residential structure fire. Units arrived to find fire in two story private dwelling and subjects outside stating that two females were trapped on the second floor. Firefighters quickly located and removed the victims, who were then transported by Sag Harbor Ambulance to the hospital were they were pronounced dead. Southampton Town Police identified the two as Jillian Wiener, 21, and Lindsay Wiener, 19, of Potomac, Maryland. Their parents, Lewis Wiener, 60, and Alisa Wiener, 52, and brother, Zachary Wiener, 23, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The fire was quickly extinguished. Southampton FD sent a RIT, North Sea sent an engine, Amagansett FD sent an ambulance as did Bridgehampton FD. Firefighters removed two victims. Suffolk Arson Detectives are assisting the Southampton Town Fire Marshal and with the investigation.
