August 14, 1995 George (Chip) Weimer III of Lake Avenue, St James was driving a Nissequogue Village FD Chiefs Ford Taurus when he crashed into a vehicle being driven by Dominique Dabonne of Huntington Station. The crash occurred at 25 and Sunny Road in Nesconset at approximately 0538 hours. The 37 year old Weimer was arrested after blowing over the limit in an intoxliizer. Weimer was charged with two counts of DWI, one for allegedly driving the vehicle and the other for allegedly being in the accident.
