August 28, 2020. 8 Ardmore Place.1710 hours. The fire was contained to the attic. There was damage to an area in the middle of the attic above the kitchen of the house. Fire extinguished by FDNY Firefighter Tom Richardson, a neighbor, using an extinguisher.
