A contingent of members of the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corp were on hand at Commack Day at Hoyt Farm Park. Members showed off their equipment, explained their mission, taught CPR and provided invaluable information to the community. While a number of members were at Commack Day, they also had a responder and ambulance at Commack High School for the football game today in case of any medical emergencies. The CVAC in house crews handled 13 alarms, 9 of which were during both the football game and Commack Day.
Great Job by CVAC! Dedication to their community at its finest.
