Fatal collision in Hauppauge - Suburban Fire Marshal

0555 hrs Motor vehicle accident in front of 2100 Joshua's Path. Head on Collision. Driver of the Service Truck sustained a leg injury. The driver of the passenger vehicle was heavily trapped and was pronounced deceased by a Paramedic from CI-Hauppauge Ambulance. Driver of the service vehicle was transported to Southside Hospital by CI-Hauppauge Ambulance. !st Asst Chief Stephen Feron and 2nd Asst. Chief Ronald Walker were on scene. Engine 3-8-1, Heavy Rescue 3-8-9 were returned en-route as their services would not be needed.
