1316 hours. The Nortport Fire Department responds to a structure fire at 602A Twin Hills Court in the Northport Fire District. Arriving units encounter an active fire on the ground floor. Mutual aid is requested from Kings Park for a RIT and East Northport for a ladder. The fire was quickly extinguished without incident. Centerport FD sent an engine to cover for Northport for the duration of the incident.
